ALPS plugins for ProStationAudio
|
ALPS is the name of a well-known european chain of mountains, situated
not far from here. ALPS is also the acronym for AudioLabs Plugin System,
a data exchange protocol for software DSP modules designed to let
ProStationAudio users expand their systems without limits.
ALPS plugins support realtime auditioning, realtime parameter modification
and parameters storage/recall directly into ProStationAudio sessions.
Multi-istance support lets you use multiple copies of each plugin
at once, with each copy mantaing its own parameters settings and
signal processing path.
AutoMotion, ProStationAudio's automation engine, can switch ALPS plugins
on/off at user-defined timecode instants. Multiple ALPS plugins can be
serialized to build complex processing chains.
The ALPS suite includes 30 different plugins. It's distributed with each
version of ProStationAudio. Some examples of plugins are shown below.
